You can make a reservation through our website, mobile app, or by calling our customer service. Simply select your pickup location, dates, and preferred vehicle type.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before pickup without penalty. Changes made within 24 hours may incur fees depending on the rental terms.

Contact us as soon as possible to extend your rental. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and additional charges will apply.

You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details immediately after making a reservation. You can also check your booking status in your account.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. Cash payments are not accepted for security reasons.

A pre-authorization hold is placed on your card at booking. The final charge is processed when you return the vehicle, including any additional fees.

Security deposits vary by vehicle type, typically ranging from ₦150,000 – ₦250,000. The deposit is released within 3-7 business days after return.

No, all fees are clearly displayed during booking. Additional charges may apply for extras like GPS, child seats, or late returns.

Vehicle Pickup

Bring a valid driver’s license, credit card in your name, and your booking confirmation. International renters may need additional documentation.

We have locations at major airports, downtown areas, and hotels. Hours vary by location but most are open 7am-10pm daily.

Only the primary renter or authorized additional drivers can pick up the vehicle. Proper identification is required.

Contact us immediately if your pickup time changes. We can hold your reservation for up to 4 hours for flight delays with proof.

Vehicle Returns

You can return to the same location or any of our partner locations. Different location returns may incur additional fees.

Late returns incur hourly charges after a 30-minute grace period. Returns over 24 hours late are charged an additional full day.

Yes, please return with a full tank. We operate on a full-to-full policy. Refueling charges apply if returned without a full tank.

Many locations offer 24/7 drop-off with secure key boxes. Check with your pickup location for after-hours return procedures.

Insurance

Basic liability insurance is included with all rentals. We offer comprehensive coverage options for additional protection.

Check with your personal auto insurance and credit card company for rental coverage. Additional insurance provides extra peace of mind.

Account Support

Click “Forgot Password” on the sign-in page and enter your email. We’ll send you a secure link to reset your password.

Log into your account and go to “Profile Settings” to update your contact information, payment methods, and preferences.

Yes, you can delete your account from the settings page or contact customer service. Note that this action is permanent.
